9:45 am – Check-in and Coffee Begins in Sydnor Hall
10:15 am – noon Acolytes
10:15 am – 11:15 Greeters and Ushers
11:15 – noon – Ushers
11 – noon Lay Eucharistic Ministers
12:00 pm – Noonday Prayer followed by lunch
1 pm – 2 p.m. Lectors and Intercessors
1 pm – 2 p.m. Livestreaming
1:30 pm – 2 p.m. – Liturgical coordinators
2 pm – End
