“The place God calls you to is the place where your deep gladness and the world’s deep hunger meet.”
Fredrick Buechner

We are proud to serve our community through our outreach efforts and the wider global community through our mission projects.

It begins at our Baptismal vow:

“Will you seek and serve Christ in all persons, loving your neighbor as yourself?

“Will you strive for justice and peace among all people, and respect the dignity of every human being?

“I will, with God’s help.”

Outreach is how we live that out.

St. George’s is a church with a rich history of social activism, and a place where we continue to take an active approach to honoring our baptismal vows; to seek and serve Christ in all persons and to respect the dignity of every human being. Please join us as we use our time, talent, and treasure to care for God’s people.
