For our 2027 Annual Giving Campaign, we are celebrating the People, Place, and Pastoral Leadership that support the ministries of St. George’s. Some St. Georgians – just like you – have generously shared their St. George’s story.
Bill and Cindy Helton
Bill and Cindy Helton have been St. Georgians for more than 46 years. They are both interested and active with preserving our history and sharing our story. In Bill’s words, “we’d like to leave a legacy for St. George’s as others have left the legacy for us.” Cindy shares that throughout her time in our parish she has learned and grown in her faith and giving, “where I thought there was scarcity, there’s been provision. And where I thought that I couldn’t do it, I found that with the help of everyone around me here, I can do more.” We hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch the video and hear their St. George’s Story.
Tricia and Daniel Dumas
Tricia and Daniel Dumas (with Heartley) came to St. George’s about a year ago. Tricia is our seminary student. They both volunteer with The House and are active with Education for Ministry (EfM) and our virtual Daily Office group. In Daniel’s words since joining St. George’s, “This year has been a growing year and learning year. Lots of new things and new people and new traditions that we get to learn and take part in.” We hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch the video and hear their St. George’s Story.
Joseph Lyttle
Joseph Lyttle is a member of our vestry, a Lay Eucharistic Minister, and convener for our General Endowment Fund. In his words, “I think that I have received so much from St. George’s and now looking at my life and seeing how much God has given me in my own life just makes me want to give back more.” We hope you’ll take a few minutes to watch the video and hear Joseph’s St. George’s Story.
