On June 27, 2018 St. George’s Episcopal Church will host a special evening of Yoga and Sound Healing from 7 pm – 9 pm in the church’s Nave. This is offered to the community free of charge, with donations accepted at the door.
Mark Moliterno E-RYT500 and founder of YOGAVOICE® will lead a user-friendly, centering yoga postures practice to integrate breath and body. Denise Mihalik, CYVT, Certified Sound Healing Practitioner, and founder of Sound Awakenings will provide sound healing music with Tibetan Singing Bowls and meditative chanting, to facilitate deep relaxation. No prior experience with yoga or singing is required.
