Prayers and Squares Prayer Quilt Ministry

The 1st Fibers Arts Retreat at Shrine Mont was a huge success! Many quilts and a prayer shawl were started and/or completed during the April retreat. Prayers and Squares will meet Friday, May 18, from 1 to 5 PM at the home of Sally Sarkisian, 1002 Saunders Dr., Fredericksburg. Please call Sally at 373-0567 if you would like to attend. Miniature patriotic quilts are available for families to send to loved ones serving our country away from home. A special thanks to our church members who donated sewing supplies, fabric, yarn, and knitting needles. We gave the items to the refugee women in the Literacy Program.
